Since 1992, OA&ID has successfully completed numerous complex and unique projects in the region, including several significant historic restoration projects and projections involving the adaptive reuse of landmark facilities The team at OA&ID is very easy to work with and understands that our responsiveness is critical to the client's interests. We believe in a highly collaborative design process based on consensus building between the client and the design-engineering team. The goal of this collaboration is the creation of simple, user-friendly design solutions that are easy to construct and cost effective, and when possible, integrate sustainable design-LEED® options. Construction cost control within the framework of meeting all planning, and aesthetic expectations is a specialty, and the firm is well known for this service and for our track record on this subject.
